Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[68Ga]Ga-NOTA-RCCB3 is a **gallium-68 labeled single-domain antibody radiopharmaceutical** designed for immuno-PET/CT imaging of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). It targets CD70, a cell surface protein highly expressed in ccRCC, allowing for specific, noninvasive detection and tumor burden evaluation. The radiotracer consists of the RCCB3 single-domain antibody conjugated with the NOTA chelator for stable gallium-68 radiolabeling. This enables precise PET imaging of CD70-positive lesions in renal cell carcinoma and potentially other malignancies expressing CD70. The agent is administered by intravenous injection and imaged within a short timeframe matching the half-life of gallium-68. In preclinical and early clinical studies, [68Ga]Ga-NOTA-RCCB3 has shown superior specificity and utility compared to non-targeted approaches. Development is ongoing for diagnostic imaging in ccRCC and other CD70-expressing tumors[9].
