[68Ga]Ga-Sa-DABI-4 is a radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent used with positron emission tomography (PET) for imaging stimulator of interferon gene (STING) expression in cancer patients. STING protein plays a vital role in the immune surveillance of tumor microenvironment. This agent combines the radionuclide gallium-68 with a targeting molecule (Sa-DABI-4) designed to bind to STING proteins.
