**[89Zr]Zr-DFO-RD06** is an investigational CD70-targeted immunoPET radiopharmaceutical developed by Renji Hospital. It consists of the CD70-binding antibody RD06 conjugated to the chelator desferrioxamine and labeled with the positron-emitting radionuclide zirconium-89. The agent is intended for PET/CT visualization of CD70-expressing malignancies rather than for therapeutic irradiation. It is being evaluated in a registered phase II imaging study in malignant cancers, including renal cell carcinoma, clear cell renal cell carcinoma, lymphoma, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
