131I 1H10 F(ab')2 is a radioimmunotherapeutic and diagnostic agent consisting of the F(ab')2 fragment of the murine IgG3 monoclonal antibody 1H10, radiolabeled with the radioisotope iodine-131 (131I). The 1H10 antibody specifically recognizes a 48-55 kDa tumor-associated antigen expressed on the surface of human cervical carcinoma cells, including the CaSki cell line. The use of the F(ab')2 fragment instead of the full IgG molecule is intended to improve tumor penetration and accelerate blood clearance, thereby reducing systemic toxicity. In preclinical studies, the agent has demonstrated specific localization in solid cervical tumor xenografts and significant suppression of tumor growth through the delivery of cytotoxic beta-radiation, while also allowing for radioimmunoscintigraphic imaging.
