**153Sm-CITC-DTPA-OC125 F(ab')2** is an investigational CA125-targeted radioimmunoconjugate developed for radioimmunotherapy of ovarian cancer. It consists of the F(ab')2 fragment of the OC125 monoclonal antibody, which recognizes cancer antigen 125 on ovarian-cancer cells, conjugated through the bifunctional chelator 6-p-isothiocyanatobenzyl diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid and labeled with the beta-emitting therapeutic radionuclide samarium-153. In a SHIN-3 human ovarian adenocarcinoma xenograft model, this construct showed greater serum radiometal stability and tumor uptake than the corresponding 153Sm-DTPA conjugate, although renal retention was high.
