177lu-lilotomab satetraxetan + lilotomab is a combination therapy consisting of a radioimmunoconjugate (^177Lu-lilotomab satetraxetan), which is a humanized monoclonal antibody (lilotomab) targeting CD37 on B cells, labeled with the beta-emitting radionuclide lutetium-177 through the chelator satetraxetan, plus an additional non-radioactive dose of lilotomab to improve biodistribution and reduce hematologic toxicity. The therapy is developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory indolent non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphoma, especially follicular lymphoma, and is administered as a single dose in combination after pre-treatment with rituximab. The mechanism combines antibody-mediated targeting of CD37 with beta-radiation-induced cytotoxicity, selectively destroying malignant B cells while sparing most surrounding tissue. Developed by Nordic Nanovector, this regimen is under investigation in clinical trials, typically with lilotomab "predose" prior to administration of ^177Lu-lilotomab satetraxetan to improve tumor targeting and minimize off-target effects[1][2].
