3BP (211At) (also known as 3BP-TBD) is a preclinical-stage targeted alpha therapy (TAT) being co-developed by TetraKit Technologies and 3B Pharmaceuticals (3BP) under a strategic collaboration announced in April 2025. The candidate is a novel peptide radiopharmaceutical designed for oncology indications. It utilizes TetraKit's proprietary click chemistry-based radiolabeling platform to conjugate a cancer-targeting peptide discovered by 3B Pharmaceuticals with the alpha-emitting radionuclide astatine-211 (211At). This approach aims to deliver highly localized, high-energy alpha radiation directly to tumor cells while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissues.
