5-fluorouracil + celecoxib + cyclophosphamide + docetaxel + epirubicin

This is a combination chemotherapy regimen used primarily in the treatment of locally advanced breast cancer. The regimen typically consists of 5-fluorouracil, epirubicin, and cyclophosphamide (FEC) with concurrent celecoxib administration, followed by docetaxel.
