Overview

This is a combination product containing four active ingredients: - **5-methoxytryptamine** (also known as 5-MT or mexamine), a tryptamine derivative and potent non-selective serotonin receptor agonist, primarily acting on serotonin receptors (notably 5-HT1, 5-HT2, 5-HT4, 5-HT6, and 5-HT7). It is structurally related to serotonin and melatonin but does not bind directly to melatonin receptors. It may have hallucinogenic properties at high doses and has been studied for its effects on behavior in animals[1][3]. - **Angiotensin 1–7**, a peptide hormone of the renin–angiotensin system with vasodilatory, anti-proliferative, and anti-fibrotic effects. It acts mainly via the Mas receptor. - **Cannabidiol** (CBD), a phytocannabinoid from Cannabis sativa that acts as an anticonvulsant approved for certain forms of epilepsy. CBD is a negative allosteric modulator of the cannabinoid CB1 receptor and interacts with multiple other molecular targets; it lacks psychoactive effects typical of THC[6][8]. - **Melatonin**, an endogenous hormone regulating circadian rhythms through activation of melatonin receptors MT1 and MT2. No evidence was found that this specific four-drug combination exists as an approved pharmaceutical product or dietary supplement.
