68Ga-FC516 + 68Ga-labeled PSMA-targeting tracer refers to a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical combination used in clinical imaging protocols for prostate cancer. Developed and evaluated by FindCure Biosciences (ZhongShan) Co., Ltd., this combination consists of 68Ga-FC516, a novel investigational PET tracer, and an established 68Ga-labeled PSMA-targeting tracer (such as 68Ga-PSMA-11). The PSMA-targeting component binds specifically to the Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA), a cell-surface protein highly overexpressed in prostate cancer cells, allowing for the visualization of primary and metastatic lesions.
