Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**AB-201 + cyclophosphamide + fludarabine** is an investigational multi-drug regimen used in clinical trials for patients with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors, such as breast and gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancers. AB-201 is an allogeneic HER2-targeted chimeric antigen receptor NK (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed for outpatient treatment of solid tumors. Cyclophosphamide and fludarabine are chemotherapeutic agents used as lymphodepleting preparatory agents to facilitate adoptive cell therapy by decreasing host immune response and increasing engraftment and efficacy of the infused cell product.
