Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Abacavir + dolutegravir + lamivudine** is a once-daily oral fixed-dose antiretroviral combination marketed as **Triumeq** and as **绥美凯** in China. It contains abacavir, a guanosine nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitor; lamivudine, a cytidine nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitor; and dolutegravir, an HIV integrase strand-transfer inhibitor. The three agents suppress HIV-1 replication by blocking reverse transcription and viral-DNA integration into the host genome. The English registry term \"dotiapramib\" corresponds to the Chinese product name 多替阿巴拉米片 and denotes the 600 mg abacavir, 50 mg dolutegravir, and 300 mg lamivudine tablet formulation.
