Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABBV-706 + atezolizumab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of **ABBV-706**, an antibody-drug conjugate targeting seizure-related homolog protein 6 (SEZ6), and **atezolizumab (Tecentriq)**, a monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor against programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)[2][3]. ABBV-706 delivers a topoisomerase-1 inhibitor payload to SEZ6-expressing cancer cells, inducing cytotoxicity primarily in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other neuroendocrine tumors. Atezolizumab blocks PD-L1 to restore and enhance T-cell mediated antitumor immune responses. This combination is currently being evaluated as first-line therapy in extensive-stage SCLC and may have application in other advanced solid tumors[2][3].
