ABBV-706 + cisplatin is an investigational combination therapy currently under clinical evaluation for advanced solid tumors, including small cell lung cancer (SCLC), high-grade central nervous system (CNS) tumors, and high-grade neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs/NECs). **ABBV-706** is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting seizure-related homolog 6 (SEZ6), a transmembrane protein overexpressed in several neuroendocrine cancers. ABBV-706 consists of a SEZ6-directed antibody conjugated to a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor payload via a valine-alanine linker. The ADC binds SEZ6-expressing tumor cells, is rapidly internalized, and releases the cytotoxic payload to induce tumor cell death. **Cisplatin** is a well-established platinum-based chemotherapy agent that causes DNA crosslinking and apoptosis. The combination is being tested for potential synergistic anti-tumor effects, particularly in heavily pretreated or refractory SCLC and related tumors, via intravenous administration[1][2][3][4][6][8].
