abemaciclib + letrozole

Abemaciclib + letrozole is an oral combination regimen of two small molecule drugs used primarily in the treatment of hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer and recurrent estrogen receptor (ER)-positive endometrial cancer. Abemaciclib is a selective inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6), which blocks cell cycle progression from G1 to S phase, thereby inhibiting tumor cell proliferation.
