aBM-MSCs + fibrin glue + collagen fleece is a regenerative cell therapy biocomplex consisting of autologous bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (aBM-MSCs) seeded into a collagen fleece scaffold and enriched with fibrin glue. This tissue engineering approach is designed to promote the regeneration of periodontal tissues, such as in chronic periodontitis or for alveolar crestal bone preservation. The aBM-MSCs provide therapeutic effects through angiogenic, anti-apoptotic, and immunomodulatory properties, while the collagen fleece and fibrin glue act as a delivery vehicle and temporary matrix to support cell survival and paracrine activity. The therapy is produced in clean room facilities and is free of animal-derived reagents.
