Overview

**ABT-165 + ABBV-181** is an investigational combination therapy for advanced solid tumors. ABT-165, also known as dilpacimab, is a dual variable domain immunoglobulin (DVD-Ig) engineered to inhibit both delta-like ligand 4 (DLL4) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), targeting tumor angiogenesis and tumor-initiating cells. ABBV-181, known as budigalimab, is a human monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint, thereby restoring anti-tumor immune responses. Preclinical studies have shown that the combination can shrink tumors in animals, and phase 1 trials have evaluated its safety and efficacy in humans with advanced solid tumors[1][2][4][5][6][7].
