This is a combination of three non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): acemetacin, diclofenac, and indomethacin. All three are small molecule NSAIDs that act primarily by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, leading to reduced synthesis of prostaglandins involved in pain and inflammation. Acemetacin is a prodrug of indomethacin with improved gastric tolerability but similar pharmacological effects. Diclofenac and indomethacin are both potent NSAIDs used for the management of various inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gouty arthritis, and other musculoskeletal disorders. The combination would theoretically provide strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects but carries a high risk for additive adverse events including gastrointestinal toxicity, renal impairment, cardiovascular risks, and other NSAID-related side effects[1][2][3]. There is no evidence this specific triple combination is marketed or recommended due to safety concerns.
