Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This drug is a fixed-dose small molecule combination product developed by Jiangsu Yabang Pharmaceutical Group for the symptomatic treatment of the common cold and influenza. It contains three active ingredients: acetaminophen, loratadine, and pseudoephedrine. Acetaminophen serves as an analgesic and antipyretic to reduce fever and alleviate pain. Loratadine is a second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine that targets the H1 receptor to relieve symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose. Pseudoephedrine acts as a sympathomimetic decongestant to reduce nasal congestion by promoting vasoconstriction in the nasal mucosa. The product is formulated as an extended-release tablet to provide sustained relief from multi-symptom respiratory infections and is currently approved for marketing in China.
