**ACTR T cell product + trastuzumab** is an investigational combination immunotherapy comprised of an engineered T cell product expressing an Antibody Coupled T cell Receptor (ACTR), administered with trastuzumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting HER2. The ACTR T cell is engineered to express a chimeric receptor that binds the Fc region of antibodies such as trastuzumab, enabling T cell engagement and tumor cell killing when the antibody binds to HER2-expressing cancer cells. The mechanism is designed to allow the ACTR T cells to target and destroy HER2-positive cancer cells in the presence of trastuzumab, leveraging both adaptive cell therapy and targeted antibody therapy.
