AD109 + AD504

AD109 + AD504 is a combination regimen being studied for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). **AD109** is a fixed-dose combination of aroxybutynin (a novel antimuscarinic agent) and atomoxetine (a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor), developed to activate upper airway dilator muscles and maintain airway patency during sleep. **AD504** is a combination of atomoxetine and trazodone (a serotonin antagonist and reuptake inhibitor with sedative properties).
