Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADC 3 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) currently under development by Solve Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The candidate is engineered using Solve's proprietary CloakLink™ hydrophilic linker technology, which is designed to optimize the performance and therapeutic index of ADCs. The molecule consists of a highly selective targeting antibody, a CloakLink™ linker, and a potent cytotoxic payload. This targeting antibody is specifically engineered to bind to a membrane receptor protein that is selectively expressed on solid-tumor malignancies. As of early 2024, ADC 3 is in the IND-enabling phase of development, and the specific molecular target and payload identity remain undisclosed.
