Overview
A combination therapy of **adebelizumab**, a monoclonal antibody, and **irinotecan liposome** (a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor encapsulated in a liposomal formulation), investigated as a second-line treatment for advanced small cell lung cancer. Adebelizumab is believed to function as an immuno-oncology agent, while irinotecan liposome increases and prolongs intratumoral delivery of irinotecan and its active metabolite SN-38, leading to enhanced DNA damage and cell death in cancer cells.
