This is a combination regimen consisting of three agents: - **Adebrelimab** is a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1 and acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. - **Bevacizumab** is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), inhibiting angiogenesis and thereby restricting tumor blood supply. - **Albumin-bound paclitaxel** (nab-paclitaxel) is a solvent-free formulation of the microtubule inhibitor paclitaxel bound to human serum albumin nanoparticles. It disrupts microtubule dynamics required for cell division in cancer cells. The combination leverages immunotherapy with antiangiogenic and cytotoxic chemotherapy mechanisms. This regimen has been studied in various solid tumors such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and others[1][2][4][5].
