Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a triple combination therapy consisting of adebrelimab (anti-PD-L1 antibody), camrelizumab (anti-PD-1 antibody), and apatinib (VEGFR2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor). The combination is being investigated primarily for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The CARES-310 study previously demonstrated that camrelizumab plus apatinib improved progression-free survival and overall survival in advanced HCC patients. This triple combination aims to further enhance clinical outcomes by adding the anti-PD-L1 antibody adebrelimab to the regimen.
