adebrelimab + cisplatin + carboplatin

Adebrelimab + cisplatin + carboplatin is a combination regimen used primarily in the treatment of extensive-stage small cell lung cancer and other malignancies. Adebrelimab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and B7.1 receptors on T cells and antigen-presenting cells. This immune checkpoint inhibition enhances T-cell mediated antitumor responses[1][3][5]. Cisplatin and carboplatin are platinum-based chemotherapeutic agents that exert their effects by forming DNA crosslinks, thereby inhibiting DNA replication and transcription which leads to apoptosis in rapidly dividing tumor cells[6][8]. The combination leverages both immunotherapy (adebrelimab) and cytotoxic chemotherapy (cisplatin/carboplatin) for synergistic antineoplastic activity.
