Overview

Adebrelimab + dalpiciclib + endocrine therapy is a combination regimen being investigated by Harbin Medical University for the neoadjuvant treatment of stage II-III hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) breast cancer. Adebrelimab (SHR-1316) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), preventing its interaction with PD-1 and B7.1 receptors to enhance T-cell mediated anti-tumor activity. Dalpiciclib (SHR6390) is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6), which are key regulators of the cell cycle transition from G1 to S phase. The addition of standard endocrine therapy (such as aromatase inhibitors or tamoxifen) further targets the estrogen signaling pathway, which is a primary driver in HR+ breast cancer.
