Overview
Adebrelimab + fluzoparib is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two agents: adebrelimab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), and fluzoparib, a small molecule inhibitor of poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP). Adebrelimab blocks the PD-L1/PD-1 pathway, thereby reversing tumor-induced immune tolerance and enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. Fluzoparib inhibits PARP enzymes involved in DNA repair, leading to accumulation of DNA damage and apoptosis in cancer cells—particularly those with homologous recombination deficiency. This combination is being studied primarily for its potential synergistic effects in treating recurrent platinum-resistant ovarian cancer and other solid tumors[1][2][6].
