Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Adebrelimab + HRS-7058 is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals (through its subsidiary Suzhou Suncadia Biopharmaceuticals) for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Adebrelimab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to restore T-cell mediated anti-tumor activity. HRS-7058 is an investigational small molecule inhibitor of Son of Sevenless homolog 1 (SOS1), a guanine nucleotide exchange factor that plays a critical role in the activation of RAS proteins. By inhibiting SOS1, HRS-7058 aims to disrupt the MAPK signaling pathway, which is frequently dysregulated in various cancers. The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials as a perioperative treatment for patients with resectable NSCLC, leveraging both immune checkpoint blockade and targeted inhibition of oncogenic signaling.
