Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Adebrelimab + IBI310 is a combination immunotherapy regimen consisting of adebrelimab (a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1) and IBI310 (a monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4). Adebrelimab, developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine, inhibits the interaction between PD-L1 and its receptors PD-1 and B7.1, thereby restoring T-cell mediated anti-tumor activity. IBI310, developed by Innovent Biologics, blocks the CTLA-4 checkpoint, enhancing T-cell activation and proliferation. This dual checkpoint blockade is being investigated for its synergistic potential in treating advanced solid tumors, specifically intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) in patients who have progressed after standard therapy. The regimen is currently being evaluated in a Phase II clinical study sponsored by Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital.
