Adebrelimab + metronomic chemotherapy + delayed radiotherapy is an investigational combination regimen currently being evaluated in a Phase II clinical trial for the treatment of advanced HER2-negative breast cancer with brain metastasis. The regimen consists of **adebrelimab**, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), combined with **VEX metronomic chemotherapy** (oral vinorelbine, cyclophosphamide, and capecitabine) and **delayed radiotherapy**. Adebrelimab acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor, restoring anti-tumor T-cell responses by blocking the interaction between PD-L1 and its receptor PD-1. Metronomic chemotherapy involves the frequent administration of low-dose cytotoxic agents, which is intended to exert anti-angiogenic and immunomodulatory effects while minimizing systemic toxicity. The inclusion of delayed radiotherapy is being studied to determine the optimal sequencing of local and systemic therapies to improve outcomes in patients with central nervous system involvement.
