This combination leverages both immunotherapy (adebrelimab) and multiple cytotoxic mechanisms (paclitaxel, lobaplatin, fluorouracil) for synergistic anti-cancer effects. It has been investigated primarily in the treatment of various solid tumors including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
