Adebrelimab + pemetrexed + carboplatin is a combination regimen under investigation for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Adebrelimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1), acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. Pemetrexed is an antifolate chemotherapy agent that inhibits multiple folate-dependent enzymes involved in nucleotide synthesis, leading to inhibition of DNA and RNA synthesis and cell death. Carboplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy drug that causes DNA crosslinking and apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells.
