Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Adebrelimab + SHR-1826 + SHR-8068 is an investigational triplet immunotherapy combination being developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals and its subsidiary Suzhou Suncadia Biopharmaceuticals. The regimen consists of three monoclonal antibodies: adebrelizumab (SHR-1316), an anti-PD-L1 antibody; SHR-1826, an anti-CD47 antibody; and SHR-8068, an anti-CTLA-4 antibody. This combination is designed to simultaneously target multiple immune evasion mechanisms by blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 and CTLA-4 checkpoints while also inhibiting the CD47 "don't eat me" signal, thereby enhancing T-cell and macrophage-mediated anti-tumor responses. It is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials as a perioperative treatment for patients with resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
