Drug intelligence / Profile preview
adebrelimab + SHR-A1811 is a combination of two investigational drugs: adebrelimab, a chimeric humanized IgG4κ anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody, and SHR-A1811, an antibody-drug conjugate targeting HER2. Adebrelimab functions as an immune checkpoint inhibitor that blocks PD-L1 from binding to PD-1, reactivating T-cell-mediated antitumor immunity. SHR-A1811 delivers a cytotoxic payload to cells expressing HER2, utilizing targeted therapy to promote tumor cell death. The combination is being evaluated for enhanced antitumor activity in breast cancer and gastric/gastroesophageal cancer patients, particularly those with HER2 low expression or triple-negative breast cancer. The regimen is under clinical investigation by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine as an innovative immuno-targeted therapy approach.[1][2][3][4][5][8]
