Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Adebrelimab + SHR-A2009 is an investigational combination therapy for advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Adebrelimab is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to relieve PD-L1-mediated immune suppression and enhance cytotoxic T cell function. SHR-A2009 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3); it consists of a fully human anti-HER3 IgG1 monoclonal antibody linked via a cleavable peptide linker to a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. The combination aims to leverage the immunomodulatory effects of PD-L1 blockade with the targeted cytotoxicity of HER3-directed ADC therapy, potentially improving antitumor efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors, particularly those resistant to standard therapies[2][7][5].
