Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Adebrelimab + SHR2554 is an investigational combination therapy consisting of adebrelimab, a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), and SHR2554, an oral small molecule inhibitor of Enhancer of Zeste Homolog 2 (EZH2). Developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, this regimen is being evaluated for its synergistic potential in treating hematologic malignancies. EZH2 inhibition is thought to remodel the tumor microenvironment and enhance the efficacy of PD-L1 blockade by increasing the expression of antigen-presenting genes and promoting T-cell infiltration. The combination is currently in Phase Ib/II clinical trials for relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) and NK/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL).
