Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ADG116 + toripalimab** is an investigational combination therapy consisting of ADG116, a fully human monoclonal antibody that inhibits CTLA-4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte-Associated Antigen 4), and toripalimab, a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1). ADG116 blocks CTLA-4, enhancing the activation and proliferation of T cells, thereby promoting antitumor immune responses. Toripalimab inhibits PD-1, preventing immune evasion by tumor cells and boosting anti-cancer immunity. The combination is designed to synergistically augment immune checkpoint blockade in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors[1][3].
