This is an investigational cell therapy consisting of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) harvested from adipose (fat) tissue, developed by Liaocheng People's Hospital. It is being evaluated for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and pulmonary hypertension associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The therapy works through the secretion of paracrine factors that possess anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties, aiming to improve pulmonary hemodynamics, reduce pulmonary artery pressure, and decrease right cardiac hypertrophy. It is administered intravenously, typically via central venous catheterization, and is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical development.
