Adoptive TKC transfer + chemotherapy is an experimental combination immunotherapy regimen being developed by Suhaichuan for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The therapy involves the administration of Tumor Killer Cells (TKC), which are autologous, ex-vivo co-activated and co-cultured natural killer (NK) cells and gamma delta (γδ) T cells. This cell therapy is administered alongside standard-of-care chemotherapy. The mechanism of action relies on the synergistic innate immune response of NK and γδT cells to identify and lyse tumor cells, potentially overcoming resistance to chemotherapy and improving clinical outcomes in patients with advanced malignancies. The regimen is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess safety, tolerance, and preliminary efficacy.
