ADXS31-142 + pembrolizumab is a combination investigational therapy evaluated for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). **ADXS31-142** is an attenuated *Listeria monocytogenes*-based immunotherapy engineered to target the prostate-specific antigen (PSA), designed to stimulate a PSA-specific T cell immune response. **Pembrolizumab** is a monoclonal antibody acting as a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint inhibitor, promoting antitumor immunity by blocking the PD-1 pathway.
