AGB101 is an investigational DLL3-targeted therapy being developed by Agni Bio for the treatment of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and neuroendocrine tumors. The agent is designed to leverage Agni Bio's proprietary immune-redirection platforms, which include Vβ17-directed T memory redirection and LTβR tumor-targeted bispecifics, to engage the immune system against treatment-resistant solid tumors. AGB101 is currently in IND-enabling studies, with a Phase 1 clinical trial expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
