AGEN1223 + balstilimab

AGEN1223 + balstilimab is a combination of two investigational monoclonal antibody therapies developed by Agenus for cancer immunotherapy. AGEN1223 is a bispecific, Fc-engineered antibody designed to modulate immune responses, currently being studied as both monotherapy and in combination with other agents such as balstilimab[3]. Balstilimab is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD1) receptor on T cells, functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immunity[1][6][8]. The combination aims to leverage dual mechanisms of immune modulation for enhanced efficacy in treating various solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
