agenT-797 + pembrolizumab + nivolumab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of an allogeneic invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cell therapy (agenT-797) and approved anti-PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). Developed by MiNK Therapeutics, agenT-797 is an off-the-shelf, unmodified biologic that leverages the dual properties of innate and adaptive immunity to target solid tumors. Unlike traditional CAR-T therapies, agenT-797 does not require HLA matching or lymphodepletion. When administered alongside ICIs such as pembrolizumab (Keytruda) or nivolumab (Opdivo), the therapy is designed to overcome checkpoint inhibitor resistance by promoting immune cell infiltration and restoring anti-tumor activity in the tumor microenvironment. This combination is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for patients with relapsed or refractory solid tumors.
