The regimen aims to synergistically boost immune response, suppress tumor angiogenesis, and directly kill tumor cells. It is delivered intravenously, with AK104 having limited Fc-mediated cytotoxicity, and frequently includes maintenance therapy with AK104 ± bevacizumab[1][4][6].
