AK119 + cadonilimab is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies used in cancer immunotherapy research. **AK119** is a monoclonal antibody; specific target and details are not well-documented in current literature, but it is developed in the context of immuno-oncology. **Cadonilimab (AK104)** is a first-in-class tetravalent bispecific humanized IgG1 antibody targeting both the programmed cell death protein 1 (**PD-1**) and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (**CTLA-4**) receptors. Cadonilimab is approved for recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer and is under investigation for other cancer types, including gastric, hepatocellular, and head and neck cancers.
