Overview
AL2846 + mFOLFOX6 is a combination therapy being investigated for advanced colorectal cancer. AL2846 is an investigational small molecule (precise mechanism and target not fully described in public data) administered as an oral capsule. mFOLFOX6 is a well-established modified chemotherapy regimen, which includes oxaliplatin (an alkylating platinum compound), fluorouracil (5-FU, a pyrimidine analog antimetabolite), and leucovorin (folinic acid, a reduced folate).
