alfacalcidol + ipriflavone

Alfacalcidol + ipriflavone is a fixed-dose combination of two active ingredients used primarily for the prevention and treatment of bone loss, particularly in postmenopausal women and individuals at risk for osteoporosis. Alfacalcidol is a synthetic analog of vitamin D (1α-hydroxycholecalciferol) that increases serum calcium by stimulating intestinal absorption, bone resorption, and possibly renal reabsorption of calcium.
