Alirocumab + lipid-modifying therapy is a combination regimen in which **alirocumab**, a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (**PCSK9**), is used together with another lipid-lowering medication (typically a statin, but can also include agents like ezetimibe or fenofibrate).
