Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination allergen immunotherapy product containing standardized allergen extracts of birch pollen (Betula verrucosa) and timothy grass pollen (Phleum pratense) for subcutaneous injection. This combination is used to treat patients with allergic rhinitis and/or allergic asthma who are sensitized to both birch and grass pollen allergens. The treatment works by gradually exposing the immune system to increasing amounts of allergens, which helps to modify the immune response and reduce allergic symptoms when exposed to these allergens naturally.
